Industrial HEPA Vacuum Cleaners

The industrial hepa vacuum is well known among the people engaged in the industrial or chemical clean up jobs. It is very different from its domestic variety, which is generally used in our homes for cleaning purposes.

By the word vacuum cleaner one has a picture in mind that it is a machine that sucks dust and dirt and keeps it in a paper cleaner case, which needs to be disposed off in a period. However, very few people are aware that these domestic vacuum cleaners blow the smaller particles of dust back to the environment.

Although, this may not be dangerous when a vacuum cleaner is used at home but it may be a potential threat if it is used in an industrial clean up job. The person doing the clean up job will inhale the harmful fumes and may be contaminated and thus is exposed to much critical illness.

Industrial vacuum cleaners come with a sealed filter and a sealed in plastic cleaner case, which are not available in the domestic variety of the vacuum cleaners. These features help the industrial vacuum cleaners to pick up contaminates, chemical spills and asbestos without releasing anything back to the environment.

These vacuum cleaners use the sealed filter technology and work in three different ways. Firstly, it picks up all the large particles and sends them directly to the plastic cleaner bag without even allowing them to pass through the filter.

Secondly, it picks up the smaller particles and makes them to rotate around the filter with its tight and powerful airflow until the particles are trapped in the fibers present in the filter. This eliminates the risk of the particles getting back to the environment again. Thirdly, it uses the diffusion technology, which is a very complex thing to do.

A good quality industrial hepa vacuum cleaner comes with all the required equipments and a 25 inch hose. It also comes in a few varieties, which can be used to clean up waste like wet, dry and wet or dry types. The price depends on the type of the motor, filtration system and size of the tank used in it.

There are cheaper varieties as well but those are not recommended. These vacuum cleaners are also recommended as they pass all the federal rules of the lead pain abatement. If anyone is involved in an industrial cleaning job, this is the right equipment for doing the job safely.
